I was 5 when I first saw Tron (1982) in Quad.

I remember my father telling us that this was a “revolutionary spectacle.” J

Jeff Bridges was superb and the direction was just perfect. Ahead of its time.

Today, 28 years later, Disney opens its new Tron installment – Tron Legacy (2010).

Looks like it’s going to be another thrilling ride.

I just hope that tatay’s still here to watch Tron’s return to the screen with me.
